What are GHD’s optical paddles?

Using the GD/GN507 as an example, the “mechanical” or “GN” version of the paddle has two pairs of metal contacts which are “closed” by moving the levers. They’re like the contacts on a straight key or most any other paddle or bug. The closing of the contacts also stops the motion of the lever, providing a crisp tactile feedback to the operator. Do you have a minimum order?

We have a $10 minimum order for credit-card purchases only. If the order is for less than $10 the costs of processing it (including credit card charges) can be greater than our profit on the sale. And it costs us just as much to process a $10 sale as it does a $100 sale.

If the cost of an item plus the shipping charge is less than $10, you can always mail us a check or money order.

What’s the safest way to ship a fragile item?
