Hi - just back from Japan, where I saw lots of cool keyers. I was tempted by the Katsumi Electric KA- EK30 and KM23 combination, then saw the KA-EK160 and didn't know what to do. I did check the internet and saw that you sell Katsumi products - so I figured, why risk the overseas thing, and the Japanese instruction manual and buy when I got home. I have a first class radiotelegraph operator's license as well as my ham ticket, and worked on ships in Alaska for a number of years way back when.
Anyway, I wonder which you would recommend - the ek130/km23 combination or the single KA-EK 160 keyer; I like the feel and weight of the km23, but i also liked the one stop shopping of the ka-ek160. i would not be using it to go on the air, but mainly to play around whenever my fingers get the itch...

also, are there any vibroplexes still around - mine was a semi-automatic silver one with a red paddle - that's all i remember.

Hi Marshall!
Just got around to your personal website and saw your question about when to tune your bagpipe?
Welll, do you know the difference between a lawnmower and a bagpipe? No? You can tune a lawnmower.
Or, do you know the difference between a bagpipe and an onion? No, again? No one cries when you chop up a bagpipe.
I could go on, but won't.
Thanks for all your great products and support. I have three up and coming teens that will soon be ready to get their gear together and I put your outfit at the top of their lists of place to frequent.

I'm just 'getting' the whole CW key collection thing after 25 years of hamming. Surfing the 'net to read all I can, I came across your site... very nice ! I love that your old pal Samson was able to copy some CW, it's as hilarious as it is impressive :) RIP Samson.

Congrats on the site, all the best,
Hugh VA3TO
