Leg-strap Clip Board

Turn most any key or paddle into a "leg-strap key" with this versatile knee-strap clipboard.   Designed specifically as a pilot's kneeboard, to hold a folded aeronautical chart, the dimensions are perfect for mobile and portable CW.   The rigid aluminum board measures 6" x 11" and has wide clips at top and bottom to hold your logbook or notepaper, with plenty of room to attach a key!  The Kneeboard is supplied as shown at left above.  On the right, we have a Kneeboard with a Palm Mini Paddle installed in operating position. You determine where to put the key, and attach it using screws, adhesive, velcro, etc.   Choose the correct  angle for maximum comfort!  Many older leg-keys, including the famous J-45, have the key in line with your leg, making it very awkward to use for any length of time.   The elastic nylon strap does a good job of holding the board in position while driving (or flying!).
